SIGN UP FOR THE WAITLIST.
As we move toward the close of 2017, join Elena Brower and Laura McKowen in honouring your path toward, commitment to, and process of recovery. Regardless of where you are on the path, this experience will provide support, wisdom, and inspiration.
Walk with Elena Brower and Laura McKowen to embrace and support yourself in the gift of recovery. You may choose to write, draw, collage and generate new understandings. You may choose to share your work and receive the support of your colleagues in our private Forum.
Throughout our three Sessions, you'll release toxic patterning, embrace your process of recovery, and commit to service for yourself and others. As you navigate the practices and offerings from Elena and Laura, you’ll honour your individual journey, open to the divine possibility in change, stand in the support of your community, and commit to your freedom above all.
Each week of the program, we will define and discuss these three concepts as they relate to your recovery.
Week One, RELEASE.
Week Two, EMBRACE.
Week Three, SERVE.
When we meet together virtually for our live sessions, you'll have the opportunity to share your process and homework, so please have your journal handy. For each Module you'll receive specific assignments to clarify your work for that week, which you may choose to share on our private Forum. Honoured to share this time with you, and looking forward to seeing you shine.

I recommend the course as a personal development training, to deepen your practice beyond classical asana practice and philosophy. The added value was clearly for me the assignment that required my engagement into art. Sharing our work with the group on Facebook was a real treasure, as was the well-structured content and lectures given so skillfully by Elena,

This became an active group of like-minded people, daring to share their personal challenges and victories over and beyond the period of the course. The technology worked smoothly for the live video calls. The dates and timings were chosen carefully to ensure optimal participation across the globe!
This course was a soft space to land each week... a soul-salve to reconnect with myself after some devastating loss this past year. It was a coming home to myself. I am grateful for the beautiful and vulnerable community ELEVATE offered, and am grateful to be able to re-visit the work over and over again.

If you were to invest in just one course this year this would have to be it. The content offered is richer than anything I've ever experienced both on and off line. The depth of wisdom, intelligence, love and generosity shared by Elena and therefore all of those within the group was deeply felt and gratefully received. Elena created an incredibly safe space for us to dive in deep and share openly what we found without hesitation or restriction. My creative flow in all parts of my life have reopened up and there is a level of trust in what I do each day that was lacking before. It enriched all aspects of my life, family, connections, studentship, teaching, business, preparing food, meditation, prayer, planting, harvesting.... Everything.

This course helped me value my own vision and pursue it. The writing exercises have brought great understanding of where I stand, and reminds me to continue pursuing my own vision to expand my own voice. I still go back to my notebook, which has become a great tool to help me stay focused. The weekly conference calls were of great value, creating a platform for everyone in the group to exchange ideas and fruitful conversations. I enjoyed Elena's teachings; they were insightful and full of helpful information.

This mentorship program inspired me in so many ways. The tangible results? I've booked my first workshop, called "Mudras & Meditation" and I'm taking Reiki training this month. I am inspired to give more, to be more, as a yogi, as a mom, as a soul... I also felt total acceptance in this group.

I can't even begin to unravel ALL that has sprouted up in my life as a result of the Elevate program! Shortly before enrolling, I decided to return to teaching yoga after a 3 year hiatus and the material in the program has inspired me as both a student and as a teacher. I am ready to dive back in for a third time as the material gets richer and richer as I gain in understanding and insight. I am especially grateful for the introduction to Yogarupa Rod Stryker's work in "The Four Desires" and the encouragement to work through those exercises. That process has granted immense clarity.
I've been telling friends in my women's circle and yoga classes about it. Elevate provides so many rich ways of diving into the deep, transformative work of being fully present to myself, my heart, my family and my community. Through the exercises and prompts of each module, I've gained clarity and understanding about what inspires and feeds my authentic self - my yoga, art, teaching, work with essential oils - these seemingly scattered aspects of my being have all come together and I'm able to move forward into exciting and expansive work now, grounded in understanding and purpose, while feeding all these parts of myself.

Elevate changed my life in many different ways. First, the community and inspiration received from the Facebook group alone is enough to justify the price. I had never been part of anything like this; people were so compassionate towards each other and lifting each other up.
There were powerful exercises helped me heal wounds of my past, reminded me that I’m not alone, and that I stand on the shoulders of my ancestors. I’ve never felt more supported by the universe. Elena provides powerful resources to go through the materials, and shows us that anyone can create art that matters. If you are ready for real transformation, ready to do the spiritual work, deal with your demons, while getting the support of an amazing community, then this course is for you.
